Known for their operational reliability, compliance standards, and long-standing industry experience, Gilders has built a reputation as a trusted partner for businesses that require precision and consistency in their supply chain. Their strength lies not just in moving goods, but in managing complex logistics with confidence and accountability.

Gilders approached us with a clear gap between how their business operated in reality and how it was represented online. Their existing website did not reflect the scale, professionalism, or capability of the organisation, particularly when engaging with larger clients or during tender processes.

The key challenge was to reposition the business digitally. The new website needed to communicate trust immediately, clearly explain a multi-faceted service offering, and support decision-makers who were often short on time and focused on risk mitigation. This meant removing ambiguity, simplifying messaging, and presenting their capabilities in a structured and digestible way.

There was also a strong need to elevate perception. The design needed to feel modern and credible without becoming overly stylised or disconnected from the industry.

This not only improves usability but also leads to more informed and higher-quality enquiries. Each section was designed to communicate both what Gilders does and how they deliver it, with an emphasis on operational detail and real-world capability.

Visually, we developed a design direction that reflects the strength and reliability of the brand. The use of bold typography, strong imagery, and a controlled colour palette creates a confident and professional presence. Generous spacing and a clean layout ensure the content remains easy to scan, supporting the needs of time-poor B2B users.

We also placed a strong emphasis on trust signals. Certifications, capabilities, and operational strengths are integrated throughout the site rather than isolated, helping to build credibility early in the user journey. The result is a website that feels considered, dependable, and aligned with the expectations of Gilders’ target audience.
