The challenge
Ace Property Team is a specialist property investment advisory business helping Australians build long-term wealth through strategic property decisions. While the team had strong expertise, credibility, and a clear value proposition, their existing website no longer reflected the quality or professionalism of the brand.
The previous site was dated in both design and structure, with limited visual impact and little consideration given to modern user expectations. It struggled to clearly communicate who Ace Property Team works with, how they help clients, and what differentiates them within a competitive property advisory market.
From a technical standpoint, the website was also underperforming. Page speeds were slow, the codebase was bloated, and SEO foundations were weak. The site did not deliver a smooth experience across devices, nor did it support long-term visibility or growth.
