The challenge
Emerald House Advocacy is a specialist public affairs, communications, and advocacy consultancy working with organisations navigating complex political, regulatory, and reputational environments. While the firm had a clear point of view and strong credibility offline, its existing website failed to reflect the calibre, professionalism, and authority of the brand.
The previous site was simple in both structure and design, with limited visual impact and little strategic consideration given to user experience or performance. It lacked clarity around services, positioning, and expertise, and did not communicate the level of trust, discretion, and strategic depth expected from a senior advocacy firm.
From a technical perspective, the website was underperforming. Page speed was sub-optimal, SEO foundations were weak, and the site was not structured in a way that supported visibility or long-term growth. Overall, the digital presence did not align with the firm’s standing or ambitions.
Emerald House Advocacy needed a website that would elevate the brand, clearly articulate its value proposition, and position the firm as a highly professional, trusted advisor within the public affairs and advocacy space.
The strategy
